How to search genomes in the database
GtRNAdb provides two ways to find the genome you are interested in studying:
Using the Quick Search box on the Home page. By entering the name or partial name of the genome, the available ones will be listed with navigation links.
Using the Browse by Phylogeny option under the Search menu. Genomes included in the database are arranged in phylogenetic clades where you can expand each section, browse for the genome you are interested, and access it by clicking on the link.
